We are looking for a Client Lead Recruiter to help grow and scale clinical staff and provider hiring within GoHealth. The Client Lead Recruiter will be aligned to the business working closely with operations leaders and Talent Acquisition to drive a multi-disciplinary recruiting strategy; including requirements gathering, process improvement for interviewing and closing candidates while acting as the main point of contact for a line of business within GoHealth.

The ideal candidate must be able to build trust and influence autonomously with key stakeholders. They must be able to plan and prioritize against customer targets, manage and hire candidates against tight timelines, have demonstrated ability to use metrics to drive and show results, while remaining calm in times of high volume and ambiguity. The ability to develop community based relationships to create candidate pipelines as needed in various markets. Thriving in a growth environment and having a strength in problem-solving will be critical to success in this role. The best candidate will draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition while forging dynamic relationships with business leaders and cross-functional partners.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
 
· 3+ years of corporate and or search firm progressive recruiting experience or account management/ sales management experience.
· Contact Management System/Applicant Tracking System experience for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
· MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
· Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of related experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
 
· At least 1+ year of healthcare industry exposure is highly preferred.
· Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
· Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
· Strong commitment to continuous improvement.
· Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships. Ability to continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to sourcing and delivering candidates.
· Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.
· Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
· Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
· Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.
· Possession of strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
· Experience recruiting in a highly competitive environment.
