Are you interested in providing weekend coverage, OR do you enjoy working those "off' shifts for premium pay?
We offer two choices for Weekend Only positions:
- Every Weekend (Eight shifts in a four-week block):
Every weekend would be considered a .625 FTE. This position is salaried and would enjoy a bonus, Daily Volume Bonuses, Quarterly Bonus and would include ChristianaCare benefits, including retirement matching, CME, PTO. You would be able to pick up additional shifts, if they are available at the per diem rate. - Every Other Weekend (Four shifts in a four-week block):
If you prefer every other weekend (or four shifts a month), you will be considered a per diem provider and will be paid an hourly per diem rate.
Extended Hour "Swing Shifts" position:
- Premium rates will apply.
- Hours will be Noon to Midnight, OR 8 a.m. to Midnight hours.
Twelve-hour shift locations are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Minimum Qualifications:
- At least one-year recent full-time experience in urgent care or emergency medicine preferred.
- Board certified and able to be licensed in the state of DE and/or MD
- Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading EKGs, X-rays and seeing all ages.
