Base Compensation: $60,000-$85,000 plus commission and auto allowance

The National traveling Commercial Roofing Superintendent is responsible for the onsite, day-to-day oversight of assigned commercial roofing projects, including, but not limited to: subcontractors, site safety, material management, and quality control of roof and metal installations to ensure all aspects of the project are completed per manufactures specifications and follow contracted scope of work. Communication with the Project Manager is critical throughout the process to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
100% nationwide traveling position
3-5 years minimum experience in commercial roofing operations is preferred

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Field Management
- All other duties or projects as assigned
- Follow the scope and notify the Project Manager of discrepancies
- Ensure all work is Installed with complete daily documentation
- Confirm Materials delivered are correct. Source additional materials as needed
- Adhere to all OSHA rooftop safety is a must, and aptitude to train others with enforcement of safety policies is required
- Assist with change order tracking and documentation
- Directly supervise subcontractors to verify that they are supplying adequate resources to meet contract and deadline requirements
- Ensure project work meets the highest standards of workmanship based on the manufacturer's guidelines
- Directly supervise all on-site personnel on projects as required
- Adheres to all company Best Practices
- Provide the highest level of customer service at all times
Office Management
- Execute proper Daily/Weekly reports and upload them
- Must attend via Phone production meetings as scheduled
- Ensure all subcontractors are working under a subcontract agreement, with no exceptions
- Notify the Project Manager of progress updates for the current schedule
- Representation on BluSky emergency response for any commercial roofing project
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a similar field is a plus but not required
- 3+ years of commercial roofing field experience required; knowledge and experience should include BUR, TPO, PVC, Mod-Bit, Coatings, and Metal roof systems
- Computer skills in word and excel required
- Experience in Microsoft Schedule and Field Connect is a plus
- Must be able to travel 100%
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, and internal and external contacts throughout the project process
- Must be able to read and understand the manufacturer's specification guidelines
- Familiarity with blueprints, specifications, and other contract documents
COMPENSATION:
This position offers a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits. This position is eligible for the auto allowance, per diem, fuel card, company CC, company laptop, cell phone, and company apparel.
