 Essential Functions:

  • Directs, develops, implements, and facilitates marketing strategies, activities, and policies for Glidewell Latin America (Mexico, Costa Rica & Columbia).
  • Serves as liaison with marketing department in USA for ongoing promotional campaigns in Mexico.
  • Localizes promotional and collateral materials that have been developed in the USA, adapting them to the Latin America market.
  • Establishes strategic marketing plans in Latin America to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
  • Develops and executes comprehensive marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to support sales and revenue objectives in the local market.
  • Working with the Marketing Department in the USA, plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail for Latin America.
  • Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity.
  • Develops and manages marketing operating budget.
  • Ensures effective control of marketing results; takes corrective action to guarantee achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
  • Communicates regularly with Marketing Department in the USA to discuss campaign results and recommend changes that better support Latin America organization.
  • Monitors competitive products and competitive conditions.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key community and strategic partners.
  • Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management.
  • Establishes and maintains consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
  • Performs other related duties and projects as required by management.

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Minimum ten (10) years of experience in the Marketing field.
  • Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
  • Dental industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Medical device industry experience is a plus.
