Essential Functions:

  • Directs and champions the development of a consolidated digital platform to drive consistent, high-value interactions across all digital touchpoints.
  • Defines strategies and guides marketing to support unification of sites and content around My Account.
  • Serve as the strategic owner of Design as a Service (DaaS) and Signature, ensuring dedicated focus, resourcing, and commercialization pathways.
  • Guides R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Lab Operations teams to align product timelines with market needs and business priorities.
  • Leverages existing digital assets to reinforce the company’s position as the leader in practical dental innovation.
  • Establishes operating discipline built on clear priorities, structured planning, accountability, and a profit and loss (P&L) mindset.
  • Develops frameworks for product forecasting, budgeting, modeling, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure all digital investments meet defined return on investment (ROI) expectations and support long-term portfolio success.
  • Support growth of customer base through digital product innovation and service enhancement.
  • Develops long-term digital roadmap that positions the company’s lab, digital workflows, design services, and in‑office production technologies as central components of future customer value.
  • Leads vertical integration and partnership initiatives to position the company as an integrative, ecosystem‑driven collaborator with scanner, practice management software (PMS), and other technology solutions.
  • Partners with marketing to define and execute brand strategies that enhance business performance, differentiation, and market leadership.
  • Partner with marketing to develop campaigns, promotions, and communication strategies that effectively position products for each customer segment.
  • Partner with marketing and lab operations to re-position remote labs for long-term sustainability.
  • Monitors competitive trends to identify opportunities, threats, and areas for strategic investment.
  • Ensures customer insights and segment needs are deeply integrated into product design, branding, messaging, and go-to-market planning.
  • Develops and presents performance updates, progress against goals, and strategic insights to executives and stakeholders.
  • Acts as a strategic liaison between Product, R&D, Operations, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Digital teams to ensure strong alignment and execution.
  • Hires, manages, develops, trains, reviews, and sets goals for department and staff.
  • Develop division policies, in accordance with Company policies and procedures, as necessary. Supervises staff in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Enforces adherence to Company policies and procedures.
  • Coaches and provides career development advice to production management and designated staff.
  • Ensures all direct reports understand the performance standards of their department and have a clear understanding of their own individual performance.
  • Partners and coordinates with Human Resources in a timely manner on all employee relations matters.
  • Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management. 

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum ten (10) years of experience in product management, digital product leadership, or platform strategy roles.
  • Minimum five (5) years of leadership experience. 
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional digital product initiatives from strategy through launch and commercialization.
  • Experience with platform ecosystems, Software as a Service (SaaS) or Design as a Service (DaaS) service models, or digitally enabled manufacturing technologies preferred.
  • Experience within dental, medical device, or healthcare technology industries is a plus but not required.
Pay Range: $160,000.00 to $205,000.00/yr
