Next Best Action Specialist
Description
- Configures next-best-action strategies using Pega Customer Decision Hub to drive personalized customer interactions.
- Supports quality assurance, simulation, reporting, monitoring, and control of Pega setup.
- Assesses and translates simple customer requirements into NBA engagement policies and strategies.
- Sets up and manage NBA rules to ensure the right customers get the right offers, balancing business needs like cross-selling and upselling through Customer Experience efforts.
- Partners with Marketing stakeholders to ensure the right content is being delivered to leads at each stage of the buyer's journey, supporting conversion goals.
- Collaborates with Marketing stakeholders to use data effectively, ensuring the strategies can be tracked, scored, and reported on efficiently.
- Participates in business scale decision-making processes, making sure the system continues to function smoothly.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience with Pega or similar customer engagement platforms required.
- Experience in marketing, customer engagement, or related fields.
Pay Range: $31.00 to $42.00/hr
