Essential Functions:

• Works with Product Owners and Production Managers to build and integrate digital technology by collecting data, documenting requests, and validating software changes.
• Focuses on operational improvement of speed and quality through problem-solving methods, training and providing technical support. Provides relevant feedback and recommendations to management regarding any problems and/or concerns in a timely manner.
• Responsible for completing Final Testing Procedures and deployment of new software in production through the Pilot Integration Process.
• Studies work processes and methods to identify opportunities for continuous process improvement of work flow. Provides recommended changes to management and updates SOPs accordingly.
• Ensuring the production sign-off is complete and SCCM deployment teams are coordinated for large scale software releases
• Partners with management to address all issues regarding quality standards in department or functional areas by coordinating the movement and placement of production equipment through the lab sites; helping install and set-up of new equipment; and ensuring quality standards are being met.
• Collaborates with management on communication and training of production standards and policies to ensure compliance standards are being met.
• Prepares and distributes weekly progress reports to management on key metrics, deliverables (completed and outstanding), production issues, and obstacles for success.
• Travels to Company remote lab sites on a regular schedule and on an as-needed basis.
• Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Dental Industry as a Dental Technician
