Essential Functions:
  • Partners with stakeholders to define corporate strategic objectives related to the designated product portfolio.
  • Develops business plans, feasibilities, roadmaps, reports, and other business intelligence for review by management, peers, and stakeholders across the organization to drive product development and marketing activities.
  • Aligns cross-functional teams and contributors around approved plans and facilitates success by keeping plans on track and in focus.
  • Manages and prioritizes incoming product concepts, ideas, applications, and initiatives.
  • Identifies relevant new product opportunities. Identifies requirements and creates proposals, pitches, and executive summaries to drive adoption.
  • Partners with corporate finance teams, production management, and other stakeholders to establish pricing relative to market trends and margin objectives.
  • Establishes projected return on investment (ROI) for new products, marketing initiatives, and other programs. Partners with Finance to report on the actual ROI.
  • Maintain product development priorities and roadmaps with management and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Partners with cross-functions stakeholders to ensure a smooth and seamless transition of new product development from scale up to launch, both internally and externally, both on time and to spec.
  • Defines and develops brand strategies for assigned product lines, applying customer insights, internal data, and market intelligence to build awareness and drive qualified leads.
  • Establishes and executes brand strategies and programs to achieve revenue, profitability, growth, and user objectives (i.e., active, new and restart customers, revenue and units per active, churn rates, lifetime value (LTV), associated key performance indicators (KPIs), etc.).
  • Develops and executes activity plans driving awareness, engagement, leads, and purchases.
  • Defines and manages an evolving, digital-focused customer journey for each product, working with cross functional teams to ensure awareness of and visibility to customer needs.
  • Facilitates the development of customer-facing content and support implementation through support teams, e.g., Glidewell Marketing, Customer Experience teams, Glidewell Direct, etc.
  • Performs strategic review activities related to brand strategy and product development.
  • Hires, manages, develops, reviews, and sets goals for department and staff.
  • Manages staff in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Enforces adherence to Company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinates with Human Resources and management in a timely manner on all employee relations matters.
  • Ensures all direct reports understand the performance standards of their department and have a clear understanding of their own individual performance.
  • Serves as both coach and mentor to staff in areas of problem solving, decision-making, process improvement, and personal growth.                                                
  • Promotes career training and development of direct staff to support the ongoing acquisition and refinement of skills and knowledge, including job mastery and professional development.
  • Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.
 
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required.
  • Minimum ten (10) years of related experience.
  • Previous leadership experience required.
  • Prior science/technical, medical device, healthcare/dental background required.

Pay Range: $132,000 - $180,000/year
