Essential Functions:
  • Supports trade projects by overseeing the planning of weekly objectives and performance goals across multiple jobsites, while ensuring effective communication of delays or changes to plans. 
  • Coordinates labor resource allocation and labor forecasting schedules, ensuring teams are appropriately staffed weeks in advance for workload demands and any labor allocation adjustments are communicated to others impacted.
  • Assists in the evaluation of compliance and creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for fieldwork, materials handling, site management, and operational processes.
  • Supports leadership with creating, monitoring progress, and implementation of training and development programs for personnel, helping team members align with company expectations, goals, and departmental initiatives.
  • Coordinates trades and assignments on project schedules, planning, and execution while ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and monitoring project milestones/deadlines.
  • Supports leadership staff by communicating changes in policies, processes, or job expectations to supervisors, team leads, and technicians.
  • Acts as a field liaison for leadership by maintaining communication between office-based personnel and jobsite teams on conditions, progress, and statues.
  • Monitors jobsite safety, security, and procedural adherence, ensuring compliance with company and department standards.
  • Coordinates and communicates requested scope of work, objectives, equipment list details, and scheduling expectations to support construction team with preconstruction planning support.
  • Works with Project Management and Property management teams to closeout projects completely while driving punch list completion and ensuring closeout documentation is delivered.
  • Maintains organized file document management for project information, meeting minutes documenting action items, personnel related files, and other necessary information for department manager.
  • Assist in developing checklists, workflows, or best practices to streamline efficiency in job execution and standardizing processes.
  • Confirms construction information utilizing RFIs and supporting on collaboration with various trades, project management professionals, and/or project owners.
  • Collaborates with supervisors and project management team to organize content for project pipelines, ensuring seamless transition from planning to execution.
  • Provides suggestions and communication to leadership to resolve jobsite issues, operational challenges, and acts as a liaison between field teams and upper management.
  • Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management. 
 
Education and Experience:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in construction coordination, field supervision, or project management.
  • Experience in commercial construction, facilities maintenance, or industrial projects preferred.
 
Special Requirements/Certification:
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • PMP or construction-related certification is a plus.
Pay range: $24.00-35.00hr.
