Essential Functions:
  • Collects, analyzes, discovers, and interprets data related to RA/QA initiatives.
  • Interprets and relays day-to-day results reporting and visualization through research and analysis of data.
  • Modifies, designs, debugs, imports, and merges data from various different sources.
  • Develops data analysis, collection systems, and dashboards to optimize statistical efficiency and quality as needed.
  • Analyzes quality data to discover and interpret trends, patterns, and relationships and reports back to management.
  • Debugs company matrixes and quality dashboards utilizing Python and Tableau applications for use in the RAQA department.
  • Helps provides effective and strategic business solutions suggestions through research and analysis of data.
  • Works cross-functionally to establish instrumentation and reporting standards.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to understand requirements, relation between various data sets, and frequency of updates.
  • Creates and implements Tableau Quality Data to track and trend rates.
  • Partners with Data Servies and appropriates teams on findings, solutions, and recommendations for Sales and Quality Data.
  • Participates in the design and development of ad-hoc reports and dashboards for department.
  • Creates and maintains Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards and reports to measure department effectiveness.
  • Communicates KPI’s and actionable data to stakeholders.
  • Triages requests internal requests, gathers requirements, and facilitates ad-hoc reports and data requests with a quick and efficient turn-around.
  • Creates and presents trending reports and materials.
  • Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.
 
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, other quantitative or related field; or any equivalent education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been demonstrated/achieved.
  • Minimum three (3) years of Quality Assurance and/or production experience.
  • Minimum three (3) years of relevant work experience using reporting tools such as Crystal, Tableau, Python, Power BI, or SSRS.
  • Experience in Business Objectives and Data Transformation Services (DTS) /SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and/or TSQL, preferred.

Pay Range: $31.00 to $49.00/hr.
