Position at Glidewell Dental

Essential Functions:  
  • Provides support to DSO team in area of customer account creation, maintenance, and updates.
  • Works primarily with DSOs and National group accounts, provides administrative support to assist team in promoting products, services, and education.
  • Handles account setup, updates, vetting, communication; ensure account information is accurate and up to date.
  • Validates onboarding of new web leads to determine whether the lead is valid (i.e., a valid licensed dentist, active laboratory, etc.).
  • Contacts customer if further information and/or verification is needed and follows case through production to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Utilizes GCX, GO, DL Plus, and other customer account management software and tools to ensure customer journeys are up to date, and customer contacts and pertinent customer info is accurate.
  • Maintains and updates active and existing accounts when new information is obtained, such as practice name, provider role changes, removal and addition of providers, updating emails and phone numbers, etc.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate lists of DSOs in GCX, CRM, DL Plus, My Account, Electra, and Great Plains.
  • Acts as liaison between Customers and the Company; maintains positive client relations and ensures Customer needs are met in a manner that is sustainable and beneficial.
  • Documents and updates call notes in a timely and accurate manner to reflect customer interactions and account status. Delegates to necessary parties (i.e, hot desk, etc.) as needed.
  • Stays up-to-date with business rules for specific accounts (i.e., DSO, long-term accounts, etc.) to provide a personable service level experience.
  • Attends trade shows, conventions, and DSO national meetings. Represents the Company at exhibits booths and functions as well as collects information on competitor products and services.
  • Works with internal support systems to improve efficiency and quality for our customers.
  • Assists with incoming calls as needed for Dentists and Laboratory Customers to ensure delivery of the ultimate customer service experience.
  • Support team initiative to discover and attract new Customers in a manner that is professional, efficient and honest.
  • Provides insight and contributes creative ideas about product improvements, marketing campaigns, relationship management and educational opportunities.
  • Maintain a solid working knowledge of Glidewell products, services and educational offerings.
  • Coordinates and interacts effectively with other departments including but not limited to production, call centers, marketing, lab operations, product management, and R&D to ensure a high level of customer service and expedited customer requests.
  • Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at the direction of management.
Education and Experience:  
  • Bachelor’s degree or certification in dental profession preferred.
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience in an administrative role.
  • Previous experience working a call center, sales environment, or dental industry, preferred.

Pay Range: $18.00 -  $23.00/ hour
