Marketing Operations Systems Analyst (AEM/Workfront)
Description
- Audits and refines marketing system structures, including object-level configuration and intake management, to align with evolving business and operational demands.
- Maintains the source of truth for marketing taxonomy and metadata, ensuring consistent mapping to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Tableau, and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
- Facilitates end-to-end campaign delivery, performance tracking, and insight generation by aligning system workflows with marketing KPIs and business goals.
- Â Determines, administers, and manages configurations, permissions, and project hierarchies within marketing systems.
- Builds, deploys, and maintains automations and integrations across marketing systems.
- Plans, designs, and configures custom objects, templates, and reporting structures to enable product and pricing workflows.
- Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves bottlenecks impacting marketing productivity, operational velocity, or revenue realization.
- Audits and maintains asset accuracy, compliance, and expiration workflows within marketing platforms.
- Integrates Product Information Management System (PIM) data into revenue-based reporting systems and business intelligence platforms.
- Builds and maintains API-based integrations to tools like Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Teams, and other automation or visualization platforms.
- Develops dashboards, calculated fields, and reports to track campaign performance and operational key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Designs and conducts structured User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) testing and participates in change management processes.
- Develops and maintains onboarding, documentation, and training for marketing systems.
- Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to drive system adoption and efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in marketing operations, project management systems, or enterprise systems administration.
- Proven experience administering Workfront required. Experience with Fusion, Adobe and Shopify strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting QA and user acceptance testing cycles.
- Experience working with structured data formats Extensible Markup Language (XML) and JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) for configuration and integration.
- Hands-on experience with metadata-driven platforms such as PIM, DAM, Content Management System (CMS), or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Workfront Core Administrator certification preferred.
- Familiarity with API integrations, Tableau, Power BI, and CRM platforms is highly desirable.
- Expertise in Workfront configuration, calculated fields, object setup, reporting, and permissions.
- Knowledge of structured data formats for configuration and integration.
- Familiarity with marketing CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Ability to manage taxonomy systems and ensure proper metadata governance.
- Basic Structured Query Language (SQL) or query language skills for validation, audit, or reporting use cases.
- Demonstrated understanding of API integrations between systems like Tableau, Power BI, Teams, and CRM.
- Proficiency with process mapping and documentation tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, or Miro.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and how they interact with marketing and operations tools.
- Strong understanding of access governance, system compliance, and audit processes.
Pay range: $73,000.00 to $98,000.00
