Description

• Coordinates and performs space planning for various facilities, including the development of short and long term space plans to accommodate staffing needs and other business requirements. 
• Researches and sources finish materials, fabrics, furniture, lighting, tile, plumbing fittings/fixtures, and accessories for development of material library in which to source from when room change requests are made.
• Develops and maintains material library for project usage.
• Performs quality control walk-throughs of buildings to ensure art is current and modern.
• Develops strong relationships with teams and implement space plans to include optimization for use of space while meeting business requirements.
• Develops and coordinates requests for moves, adds and changes with facilities and determine appropriate services to be provided by respective teams (Facilities, Operations, IT, external Vendors, etc.)
• Presents recommendations and solutions that increase efficiency and effectiveness of all company space.
• Provides support in the development and execution of space plans and proposals, including temporary space assignments during renovation projects and relocation assistance.
• Performs space audits and conduct walk-throughs of company spaces to ensure space data and current floor plans reflect existing conditions and to assess the functionality and general conditions.
• Adds/updates space information using AutoCAD and distributes to Facilities Construction & Maintenance.
• Uses personal vehicle to transport materials/furniture to various locations.
• Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at the direction of management.

• Formal education in the area of Interior Design.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of interior design, space planning, or relevant experience. 

Pay Ranges: $25.00- $35.00/hr.
