Essential Functions:
  • Maintains and updates multiple calendars for programs, ensuring accurate scheduling and avoiding conflicts.
  • Coordinates and schedules meetings, events, and other program-related activities involving internal staff, external stakeholders, and event participants.
  • Sends calendar invitations, manages reservations (RSVPs), and provides necessary event details to participants.
  • Collaborates with various departments to plan, implement, and evaluate special programs.
  • Assists in the development of program materials, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinates logistics for program-related activities, such as venue booking, catering, travel arrangements, and equipment setup.
  • Tracks program progress, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Serves as a liaison between different departments, maintaining effective communication channels.
  • Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to gather and share program-related information.
  • Communicates program updates, changes, and announcements to relevant parties.
  • Facilitates regular meetings and communications among program participants and team members.
  • Maintains accurate records and documentation related to special programs.
  • Prepares reports, presentations, and summaries of program activities, outcomes, and metrics.
  • Analyzes program data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
  • Assists in evaluating program effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collects feedback from participants, stakeholders, and team members to inform program enhancements.
  • Contributes to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance program outcomes and participant experience.
  • Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management. 
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in program coordination, project management, event planning, community outreach, or administrative assistance.

Pay Range: $25.00-$30.00/hr
