Description

• Defines and develops brand strategy and marketing initiatives for the clinical education department including symposia, live courses, online live and pre-recorded courses, Chairside Magazine and the Glidewell Online Study Club. 
• Acts as a liaison in the production of marketing strategies with the education and marketing teams. 
• Applies customer insights and market intelligence to develop approaches to build market awareness and maximize enrollment in live and online courses. 
• Manages workflow of all education marketing efforts and ensures timely delivery of tactics. 
• Assists with on-site symposia, including advertising and marketing coordination with relevant departments, KOL relations and on-site logistics. 
• Analyzes internal data in order to determine the most relevant initiatives for increases in clinical education brand awareness and course attendance. 
• Develops creative design concepts with education and marketing teams. 
• Acts as initial copywriter and editor of education marketing initiatives. 
• Investigates new marketing avenues and constantly analyzes results of current initiatives in order to increase course and symposium attendance. 
• Maintains education promotion/marketing calendar and shares with relevant internal departments to maintain cross-department awareness. 
• Works with analytics team on course and symposia attendee sales tracking and develops reports. 
• Tracks metrics of success for individual initiatives as well as overall successes of courses, including promotional offer redemptions, on-site purchases and post-attendance brand loyalty. 
• Collaborates with senior leadership and brand management to ensure education marketing fits within strategic goals.  
• Occasionally provides tours of the Glidewell facility to course attendees. 
• Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management. 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or other relevant field. 
• Minimum three (3) years of experience working in a marketing environment. 
• Prior science/technical, medical device, healthcare/dental background, preferred. 

Pay Range: $60,000 - $80,000
