Description

• Installs, repairs, and maintains chilled water, steam, heat, water, gas, drainage, sewage, and other plumbing systems.
• Operates reamers, threading discs, sewer tapes, pipe cutters, snakes, and other plumbing equipment and hand tools.
• Inspects joints, valves, pumps, boilers, heaters, sinks, commodes, tanks, and other plumbing system components to locate malfunctions and repairs or replaces as necessary.
• Studies plans, drawings, and SharePoint tasks to determine work requirements and sequence of repairs and/or installations.
• Performs preventative maintenance work as required. 
• Follows safety guidelines set forth by Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) team and supervisor.
• Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management. 

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in commercial plumbing environment, or any equivalent education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been demonstrated/achieved. 
• Previous experience working on water, drain, gas systems, working on ground, rough, finish commercial, and residential repairs, required.

Pay Range: $23.00 to $28.00/hr.
