Description
- Assists with developing and effectively executing marketing campaigns, such as market research, promotions, marketing collateral.
- Assists Brand & Product Managers in the planning and execution of product launches.
- Supports the development, maintenance and implementation of brand marketing plan and quarterly brand calendar.
- Launches successful campaigns across various channels, including print, direct mail, email, social media, and relevant digital platforms.
- Coordinates with internal teams to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
- Monitors campaign performance and provides regular updates to team members.
- Processes minimal change requests (coupon code, expiration dates, job numbers, headers).
- Updates landing pages, annual coupon codes.
- Refreshes old collateral with new assets/messaging.
- Updates assets across all channels (website, social media).
- Notifies Customer Service team about active campaign updates (fee schedules, RXs).
- Confirms product pricing and special packages with Finance.
- Collaborates with team on packaging design.
- Gathers samples, finalizes design with the creative team, and ensures packaging suitability with Shipping.
- Collaborates with Marketing colleagues to plan, create and manage marketing content for various channels, including digital assets, print materials, social media, email marketing, and the company website.
- Assists in the development and refinement of the brand story; ensures brand consistency in every piece of marketing collateral.
- Ensures content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Implements approved concepts for future campaigns (collateral creation from approved stories).
- Produces video and photo assets.
- Books and schedules makeup artists and talent (models).
- Communicates vision for the shoot with vendors, talent, and the marketing team (video, copy, design).
- Obtains testimonial approvals and consent forms.
- Manages administrative duties such as organizing promotional events, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and creating reports on marketing metrics.
- Collaborates with cross functional teams to brainstorm new marketing programs and customer facing communication and strategy.
- Supports data collection of analytics for reports on marketing campaign performance and effectiveness.
- Assists in the preparation and routing and review of documentation for product development activities.
- Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, required.
- Minimum one (1) year of related experience.
- Prior experience in a medical device, healthcare, or dental industry preferred.
Pay Band: $26.00-$32.00/hr
