Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm

Essential Functions:   

• To perform technical research tasks in support of quantitative and qualitative research projects following appropriate process procedures and using test equipment properly and safely.
• Conducts and monitors all standard and complex testing for research and development.
• Executes testing with a high sense of urgency in order to meet deadlines.
• Maintains detailed logs of ongoing trials and tests.
• Upholds Company laboratory practices with respect to safety and documentation.
• Communicates results and recommendations to management in a professional manner.
• Coordinates with various divisions/departments to complete testing as needed.
• Maintains a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and wears protective equipment as required.
• Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at the direction of management

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 0.5 to 2 years of related experience, preferably in a lab and/or medical device environment.
• Previous experience in a dental laboratory environment a plus.
• Ability to read and understand all operating procedures and applicable technical information.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Must possess proficient English skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to use various hand tools, measuring and testing equipment.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay Range: $18.00-$21.00/hr
