Description

• Performs minor installations and preventive maintenance for critical systems equipment, including but not limited to changing belts and oil filters. Ensures equipment operate properly.
• Supports and resolves common/known issues.
• Conducts basic critical systems inspections to ensure conditions adhere to established standards for continuous production.
• Reviews the operation of critical facility equipment and systems to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate and solve problems in a timely manner, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Installs mechanical systems, including but not limited to dust collection and compressed air.
• Participates in the installation of facility equipment projects from conceptual planning to commission.
• Adheres to best practices processes to increase efficiency.
• Places orders for spare parts and equipment for replacement.
• Sources facility equipment based on company needs.
• Collaborates with appropriate teams to coordinate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and special systems designs.
• Assists with creating compressed air and vacuum as-built drawings for previous projects, areas and buildings for historical records.
• Assists with creating preventative maintenance documents as directed by management.
• Collaborates with and supports construction and maintenance teams.
• Maintains a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols, and wears protective equipment as required.
• Perform other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.

• Minimum one (1) year of industrial equipment maintenance experience.

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Pay Range: 21.00-27.00/hr.
