Gingerbread Littleversity is a licensed childcare center seeking a School Age Van Driver to support our K-5 classrooms!

To be QUALIFIED for this role, we require a valid drivers license and experience working with children. Must be 23+ years of age. 

Required Shift: Monday - Friday, 3-6pm

Compensation: $15 - $18 per hour, based on education and experience

Main Job Responsibilities:  

• Responsible for the supervision of school age children. 
• Responsible for driving children to and from school and occasionally for classroom field trips.   
• Responsible for establishing a professional level of communication with each family to provide quality care for each child.  On-going communication in all aspects relating to the children with the parents and the Center Director is crucial for quality care. 
• Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs. 
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role. 
• Carry out the daily responsibilities of the classroom relating to the care of the children.
