Sr. Product Line Manager - India - Hybrid

- You have some experience in Jira and Aha!
- You have prior product operations experience, including pricing/packaging support and services programs and SKUs
- You have prior experience with SKU management end to end (Creation, updates, end of sale/support)
- Build a strategy for and deliver on the next evolution of our licensing portal experience. From requirements to execution and delivery through feedback from customers and iteration.
- Lead and align pricing strategy and specifics with the Support organization.
- Guide and manage price book updates.
- Drive NPI processes, including posting the latest software and announcements on the community portal.
- 5+ years experience as a Product Manager.
- Has worked at a company providing hardware-based switching, routing, storage, virtualization, or security products and has strong infrastructure knowledge.
- Spent many years in a customer-facing post-sales role, ideally providing professional services, customer escalations, or technical account management in a hardware-based technology-related field such as network switching, security, or network performance monitoring, or has previous experience with Product Operations in a Product Management role.
- Strong communication skills (speaking, writing, listening) in both an internal, business partner and customer-facing role.
- Applications/Tools (Optional but nice to have): Experience working with SalesForce CRM, Jira, Aha!
- BS degree in a related field.
- This position will be at Gigamon’s corporate headquarters in Chennai, India,
- Travel is estimated to be roughly 5%.
