We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team based in Santa Clara, CA. You will partner with our regional sales and marketing teams to sell an amazing product that helps protect the world’s largest organizations! 
 
What you'll do:
  • Act as a liaison between customers and our marketing & sales teams.
  • Drive targeted, outbound prospecting activities into a set of assigned accounts.
  • Identify, develop, and create new business opportunities for the Regional Sales Directors in the North American Enterprise space.
  • Develop leads for marketing campaigns and meet sales quotas on a quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Generate qualified leads primarily through outbound phone and email efforts.
  • Research, prospect, qualify, and transition new leads to the Sales Team.
  • Use a numbers-driven approach to motivate and meet targets.
  • Conduct individual research to identify and develop new business prospects from prospect lists.
What you've done:
  • BA/BS degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a business/sales development role, preferably in a technology company.
  • Salesforce.com experience is a plus.
Who you are:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to articulate potential client challenges and solutions.
  • A cross-functional team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
The base salary + commission compensation range targeted for this role is expected to be between $84,000- $105,000 (subject to terms and conditions of the plan). This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices.
