Sr. Project Manager - Mexico - Hybrid
Description
- Oversee all aspects of service delivery, including scoping, proposal generation, delivery, and final deliverables.
- Manage engagements to ensure clients’ needs are met professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with trusted partners to support seamless service delivery.
- Deliver advisory services that educate clients on visibility and security, solving complex business and security challenges.
- Build and enhance business processes and methodologies.
- Grow the business by engaging with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Build customer and alliance relationships, positioning Gigamon as a trusted partner.
- Manage a "matrix team" of Professional Services Engineers.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
- 6-8+ years of experience in network visibility, information security, cybersecurity, or enterprise risk management.
- 4-6+ years of experience managing matrix and/or indirect project staff.
- Extensive knowledge in network visibility, cybersecurity operations, emerging security technologies, and evolving threat trends.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects related to information security, technology risk management, cybersecurity, or cyber-risk management.
- Experience in incident response or threat hunting is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate technical deliverables and business communications.
- Proven track record of working with global, virtual teams and collaborating with a broad range of roles.
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations with various stakeholders and executives.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong understanding of security risks and the ability to implement appropriate security controls.
- A driven, customer-focused leader with a can-do attitude and a passion for achieving meaningful outcomes.
- Able to quickly learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- An effective communicator who can build trust and establish Gigamon as a trusted partner.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- A team-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work across diverse teams and stakeholders.
