Sales Operations Analyst
Description
- Provide Level 1 SFDC Support for field sales team: Monitor and resolve (+ pull in resources) for requests for assistance submitted through “sfdc-sales” channel in Slack app, or directly by email or Slack.
- Enable visibility and Read/Write permissions in SFDC for Accounts, Opportunities, etc, for sales team members (RSDs, SEs, CAMs, etc), as needed. Manage reassignment of accounts.
- Support Go-To-Market Ops Project Managers, Sales Ops, IT, Finance on requests for UAT testing for various projects before rolling out to production environment.
- Work directly with IT SFDC team on misc. small projects regarding system users, data cleanup or processes.
- Ongoing account data cleanup in SFDC (duplicates, bad data): Use D&B Connect “Rematch” and D365 “resync” functions to reconcile – collaborate with OM team
- Maintain and update “SFDC How-To” & “SFDC” pages in internal wiki site Confluence, regarding changes to SFDC system and guidance for users.
- Create new end user accounts for field sales team (and partner accounts for Channel Ops team) as requested
- Administrator (with IT Support) of D&B Connect tool, including Account Manager. The tool is integrated with SFDC system to create accounts, based on D&B data.
- Monitor notifications of failed Deal Registration (DR) submittals, due to missing account. Verify if account Exists, different naming convention, or if new account needed, do so with D&B tool. Regardless verify account on DR and use the Traction Complete “Complete” button to process and sync the account to the DR lead.
- Create SFDC reports for field sales team or Sales Ops, for the purposes of new hire onboarding, SSD strategic account planning & team prospecting.
- Periodic review & approval of new products releases (& existing product updates) from PLM team, through the Propel tool, integrated with SFDC.
- Work with IT SFDC team to edit and/or update the CPQ product quoting menu interface or product attributes
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations or a related field with growing responsibilities.
- A proven self-starter who thrives in high-growth, enterprise technology environments.
- Strong analytical thinker with the ability to create and interpret analyses from scratch, understanding the impact of key business drivers.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with experience managing complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) with the ability to independently build and run reports and dashboards.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to handle large data sets and perform in-depth analysis.
- An analytical problem-solver who enjoys diving into details and driving insights that enhance business operations.
- An effective communicator, both written and verbal, who works well in collaborative team environments.
- Highly organized with a strong follow-through on projects, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A motivated and reliable team player, always seeking to improve processes and achieve results.
- Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) is a must; familiarity with Excel and data management tools is a must.
- Flexible with working hour shifts based on business needs for regional coverage
