Quality Program Manager
Description
- Drive engineering quality programs across the organization.
- Define data quality metrics and KPIs to measure and monitor the effectiveness of data quality initiatives.
- Track and organize our customer reported defects to lead investments in further improvements.
- Build tools and systems to consume metrics to provide clarity and observability to quality trends.
- Communicate project status, risks and issues towards quality goals and field issues to leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (No prior experience required).
- Skilled with scripting languages like python, web services and APIs to access, analyze and visualized data.
- Building dashboards, utilizing APIs or data analytics tools is a plus.
- A meticulously organized individual with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical background and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Able to swiftly adapt to changing situations while maintaining a high level of responsiveness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.The base salary compensation range targeted for this role based out of Gigamon’s Santa Clara, CA, Headquarters office is ($76,000 - $95,000). This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices.Employees in this position are eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefit programs, which may include health and other insurances such as life and disability, and savings accounts such as a retirement plan with company matching contributions or similar, paid time off (holidays, vacation, and sick), tuition reimbursement, employee assistance program (EAP), business travel accident insurance, employee discounts, and employee referral program. Additionally, employees may be eligible to participate in the Profit Interest Units plan.
