Talent Acquisition Associate | GID – Remote
GID, a privately held real estate firm founded in 1960 with over 1,250 employees, has a 30+ year track record managing third-party capital. The firm develops, owns and/or operates a diverse portfolio across over 30 U.S. markets, primarily focused on Multifamily, Industrial, Mixed-Use and Credit. The Talent Acquisition Associate will drive and manage full life cycle recruitment process for all positions within GID and Windsor Communities. The TA Associate will embrace our company values of accountability, inclusiveness, energizing and courageousness.
Responsibilities:
- Review and screen applicants
- Update candidate application statuses with Windsor’s ATS (Jobvite)
- Interviewing candidates
- Use Windsor’s candidate profile system INFOR to profile candidates
- Use Windsor’s in-house Maintenance Skills Assessment testing system with candidates
- Manage candidate activity in Jobvite including adding resumes, profiles, notes, maintenance skills assessment test, etc.
- Coordinate in-person, phone and video interviews with onsite managers/supervisors/regional team as needed
- Correspond and follow up via email/phone with candidates as needed
- Generate and send offer letters
- Assist and work with hiring managers to ensure all pre-employment paperwork is submitted
- Confirm drug and background result statuses with hiring managers and regional teams
- Participate in weekly recruitment conference calls
- Partner with hiring managers and regional teams to identify effective sourcing strategies with the objective of presenting 2-4 qualified candidates for each opening
- Initiate a variety of search techniques (internet, social networking, personal networking, etc.) to identify passive candidates
- Participate in networking opportunities as appropriate
- Report weekly on candidate activity for management transparency
- Promote company and career opportunities in the community
- Work within the framework of the company's defined policies, procedures, goals and directives.
Qualifications:
- Detail oriented manager with ability to effectively multitask.
- Experience in full cycle recruitment.
- Ability to foster strong relationships with candidates and GID team.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, TEAMS)
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited four-year college or university
Compensation Range starting at $90,000 annually plus a 10% bonus program.
