Who You Are:

You’re passionate about creativity and data, a mix of art and science. You understand how digital marketing helps facilitate connecting customers with the right products – and you’re experienced at executing against objectives. You have worked on programmatic campaigns which span display and video channels. You understand the roles of each channel and the value which they add. You enjoy implementing and optimizing campaigns, conducting analytical work and are highly competent with the tools and techniques required to execute and communicate it to executive audiences (demand-side platforms, ad servers, web analytics, Excel, a/b test methodologies, etc.). You actively seek new programmatic opportunities and can assess and prioritize them quickly. You’re a proven high achiever and self-starter who always aims to exceed targets and succeed through collaboration and teamwork. You enjoy working across many different parts of the business and are a skilled communicator. You are comfortable working with large sets of data and crafting fact-based stories including actionable solutions.

Your Next Challenge:
As a programmatic specialist you will work closely with the programmatic team and the regional stakeholders to implement a variety of campaigns. You will be empowered to create and execute campaigns. You’ll manage relationships with external and internal stakeholders whilst building optimization frameworks across various tactics. You’ll monitor daily, monthly and quarterly spend levels along with performance outcomes and communicate how campaigns are tracking to the broader team. You will be executing pilot programs across channels in collaboration with other team members, drive a/b testing and continuous improvement across established programs. You will oversee weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance analysis and projections for each country, showcasing the results which you’ve delivered. You will contribute to a global team, sharing best practices, insights, and observations from activities across your markets, as well as working collaboratively on wider business initiatives.
