Job Summary

The Customer Support Associate is responsible for providing exceptional service to inbound customer inquiries while also being responsible for sales of inbound accounts through inbound communication channels. They receive telephone calls/email/chat to handle all aspects of sales & Service, including price quotations, product and licensing information, solicitation, negotiation, and problem resolution. They collaborate with the sales team by providing administrative assistance and general support. The Customer Support Associate will use various computer systems to enter and track invoices as well as customer and sales data. This position is key in growing customer relationships, is vital to our team and leads naturally into a sales position. 

Your Next Challenge:
•Handling any and all types of tasks for customers and sales teams that arise pre-sale, during-sale, and post-sale. You are vital to helping salespeople sell more.
•Processing, tracking, and managing invoices and internal reports in a timely and accurate manner through the use of various computer systems.
•Reviewing invoices to ensure information is coded properly with careful attention to detail.
•Communicating problems in a proactive manner, and with a possible solution, by escalating the issues after a careful assessment of the problem has been made.
•Providing creative solutions and striving to find more productive and efficient ways to process, track and manage invoice processing.
•Proactively offering assistance to the sales team with other support tasks, paperwork and administrative need to enhance and streamline the workflow within the department.
•Consistently answering phones, chats, and emails promptly to ensure customers receive timely service and attempt to direct the customer to the appropriate sales person to assist them with services beyond the scope of this role.
•Assisting with customer overflow from the Inbound Telesales Team during high traffic periods, vacations or leaves of absence under the direction of management.
•Creating a variety of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tickets.

What You'll Need:
•Minimum of one year in a customer service role.
•Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
•Strong attention to details.
•Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships via telephone and email.
•Computer literacy (Internet, Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
•Experience with Salesforce a plus.
