Job Description 

We are currently looking for a dynamic sales professional to join our rapidly growing organization and be responsible for new business development. This position requires exceptional organization and communication skills as well as the ability to multi-task. We have an onboarding and sales training program designed to build true sales professionals with a “hunter” mindset. Someone who wants to work in a dynamic environment and is excited about opportunities to grow their careers and earnings will be most successful in this role.

Compensation: Competitive base salary and uncapped commissions; full benefit package including medical and 401K


  • Driving new business revenues through strategic prospecting of potential customers to drive profitable growth
  • Developing and nurturing marketing leads through the sales cycle
  • Upselling existing customer accounts
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers
  • Hitting and exceeding monthly/quarterly/yearly quotas
  • Embody the core company values and culture
  • Ability to exceed KPI’s


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in wire/cable or related industry preferred but not required
