You will be prospecting and managing new accounts, qualifying and selling to inbound marketing leads and managing a territory...all over the phone! Sales and product training provided.  

Compensation: Competitive base salary and uncapped commissions; full benefit package including medical and 401K

Location: 
Schaumburg, IL office with flexibility to work partially remote after training.

Required:

  • 1-3 years of business-to-business sales
  • Advanced degree a plus but not required
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Passionate about developing your career in sales
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Track record of overperformance

What Will Help You Stand Out

  • Experience in wire/cable or related industry--helpful but not required
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and work ethic (must be comfortable in a phone-based sales environment)
