Do you have a strong background in Customer Service with good computer skills?  Join a company that is growing! We are looking for a Customer Service Rep to partner with sales to service our client companies.  Grand Rapids, MI location.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to and managing customer related issues including order entry, processing incoming electronic orders, expediting, maintaining customer accounts, sourcing products and pricing, and maintaining customer scheduled orders.
  • Providing feedback to management and production regarding customer needs and concerns.
  •  Providing support to office personnel.
  • This position has possible career progression to Inside and Outside Sales.

Required:

  • Proficient in MS Office including Excel.
  • Prefer Associate's degree in related business field or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years of Customer Service experience helpful.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Able to work in a team environment and fulfilling objectives with minimum direct supervision.
  • Good attention to detail.
