Position Summary 

In this role, based in our Miamisburg, OH location, you will coordinate repairs betweecustomers/sales staff and manufacturers, process returns, and issue sample and demo orders.

What You’ll Do:  
  • Process repair requests from customers; determine if the product is covered by manufacturer’s warranty; generate repair quotes.  
  • Process returned products received from customers and determine if the return can be accepted.  
  • Create orders to be processed once a repair quote is approved by the customer; coordinate with manufacturers to generate Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and notify customers of repair status.  
  • Coordinate shipping for repairs/returns and processes product(s) as received by the warehouse using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
  • Run reports to determine which repairs are due back to the customer; proactively contact customers to inform them of the status.  
  • Process sample and demo orders; maintain documentation in order to track the demo period for all customers.  
  • Assist Accounts Payables in resolving invoice discrepancies.  
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.  

What You’ll Bring:  
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)  
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment, materials, purchasing, supply chain,  or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience  
  • Proficiency in a variety of software applications, especially MS Office Suite 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail
  • Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
     
Physical Requirements:  

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to lift up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus, especially due to concentration on a computer screen and small numbers. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.  

Work Environment:  

Standard office environment. Office is located in a climate-controlled warehouse. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
