Job Description

The Warehouse Associate III is a leader in our warehouse. In addition to providing guidance to other warehouse associates, this person is responsible to perform duties such as delivering products to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner; receiving and processing incoming stock and materials; picking and filling orders from stock; packing and shipping orders; and managing, organizing and retrieving stock.


  • Load, transport, and deliver items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner
  • Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied
  • Adhere to assigned routes and following time schedules
  • Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
  • Operate equipment and machines, such as cars, trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
  • Search MDS, International, shipping requirements
  • Operate machine to cut and spool continuous lengths of material
  • Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route materials
  • Deliver or route materials to departments, using hand truck, conveyor, or sorting bins
  • Compute amounts, such as space available, and shipping, storage, and demurrage charges, using calculator or price list
  • Competently control warehouse operations, understands packaging requirements and manage reporting of warehouse activities
  • Inspecting goods before receiving them into the ERP system and before shipping
  • Provide coverage for Warehouse Manager
  • Offer mentoring and leadership to other warehouse associates
  • Ensure timely order processing with a global view of warehouse to confirm delivery commitments are made
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of equipment and tools
  • Perform shipping and receiving duties as needed


  • 4+ years of warehouse experience
  • Ability to operate a forklift
  • Ability to move/lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have excellent driving record
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Oracle experience a plus
