Job Description

We are currently looking for an Inside Sales professional to be responsible for maintaining existing and developing new customer accounts. This person works in a fast-paced environment to support new and existing customers and will be a key member of a new team focused on the execution of innovative sales campaigns that drive revenue and market share growth. This position is responsible for promoting automation products and solutions across a four-state territory by making outbound calls and working with the field Technology Consultants to ensure customers’ needs are met. 


  • Establish and maintain customer relationships
  • Prepare and provide customer quotes in a timely manner
  • Create, update and process customer orders
  • Make phone calls to existing customers as well as prospective customers
  • Negotiate with vendors to obtain competitive pricing for supplies
  • Promotes products and systems; conducts product demonstrations via the web
  • Address and follow-up on customer inquiries, concerns and requests in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with shipping as necessary to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as requested 


  • One to three years of related job experience or expertise in inside sales is required
  • Knowledge of sales principles, tactics, and strategies.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude or interest in how things work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
