As GCG continues to evolve and expand its footprint, we are now looking for an HR Operations Manager to manage HR projects and refine the processes that enable continued company growth! 

In this role, you will evaluate and enhance current HR systems to streamline the processes used for employee onboarding and recognition as well as general HR software platform usage.  Additionally, you will manage projects related to GCG acquisitions to mitigate risk and ensure successful integration of newly acquired GCG employees.

What you’ll do

  • Manage project timelines for GCG acquisitions, setting targets, assigning responsibilities, tracking progress, communicating status, and mitigating risks to ensure successful integration
  • Evaluate current processes around employee onboarding and employee recognition to identify areas for procedural improvement
  • Access current software platforms used by HR, implementing improvements that increase automation and self-service functionality
  • As needed, implement software platform upgrades that complement and improve HRIS functionality
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of corporate policies and state/federal laws regarding employment practices to ensure EEO, AA, and OFCCP compliance.
  • Assist with additional HR related projects as needed

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Five years of Human Resources experience with steadily increasing responsibility
  • Demonstrated proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and MS Office Suite strongly preferred; previous experience with ATS system a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; avid interest in continuous improvement within HR Operations
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
