Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to and managing government and commercial customer related issues including order entry, processing incoming electronic orders, expediting and maintaining customer accounts, sourcing products, pricing and managing customer scheduled orders.
  • Providing feedback to management and production regarding customer needs and concerns.
  •  Providing support to office personnel.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience in a related field or industry (Shipboard/Electrical/Distribution preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Office Programs
  • Knowledge of Oracle / ERP or CRM software is a plus
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Able to work in a team environment and fulfilling objectives with minimum direct supervision
  • Innovative, proactive and self-directed
  • Able to focus on goals and develop a work plan that produces desired results
