Position Summary: 
Are you ready to be an integral part of our team? We're seeking a Warehouse Specialist to be the backbone of our branch in Lombard, tackling a variety of tasks across all departments including warehouse support and dispatch assistance.
Team-oriented Workspace
Hours are M-F 7:00am-5:00pm 
Starting pay: $25-31/hourly based on experience 
 
Essential Functions: 
Warehouse Organizer: Ensure components are stored correctly in the warehouse or attached to Service Work Orders. Accurately pick parts to fill orders. Assists in packaging of all materials for shipments. Stocks incoming inventory and maintain inventory counts. Places nonstock items and new stock items in proper areas of warehouse. Performs inventory cycle counts and FIFO checks. Replenished high moving products from overflow area. Investigates inventory variances.
Customer Champion: Welcome and guide customers in tagging their equipment for repairs. 
Logistics Pro: Manage UPS shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation. 
Safety Advocate: Prioritize safety and follow our accident prevention procedures. 
Adaptable Dynamo: Embrace new challenges assigned by the Branch Manager. 
  
Responsibilities of the Position:
Team Player: This is a non-supervisory role, reporting to the Branch Manager. 
Decision Influencer: Your actions can impact people, finances, and our organization's reputation. 
 
Minimum Qualifications: 
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Experience Insight: Two years of education and/or experience in a related field. 
Exceptional Communicator: Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
Clean Slate: Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. 
Safety-First Attitude: Prioritize safety in all you do. 
Self-Motivated and Organized: Excel at working independently with minimal supervision. 
  
Physical Demands: 
Office Oasis: Primarily, work in a typical office environment. 
Occasional Lifting: Heavy lifting of office equipment, supplies, and boxes may be needed. 
Balanced Posture: A mix of sitting, walking, and standing throughout your day. 
Tech-Savvy: Comfortably operate computers and office equipment.
