 The Opportunity in the #O2Crew 
  • Financial Planning and Strategy: In concert with the CFO and Controller, help lead the financial planning process, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term strategic planning. Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis to assess the company’s performance against key financial metrics and objectives. Provide insightful reports to senior management to drive business decisions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and team leaders to gather, analyze, and present financial information that supports operational and strategic objectives. Act as a finance partner to non-finance departments, providing financial insights and recommendations.
  • Cost Management and Optimization: Identify and recommend cost-saving and efficiency opportunities. Conduct variance analysis to understand the drivers of over/under performance and recommend actions to improve financial performance.
  • Risk Management: Assess financial risks and opportunities and develop strategies to mitigate risks while capitalizing on opportunities.
  • Compliance and Controls: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Enhance financial controls and processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Help develop a team of financial analysts, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and alignment with company values and objectives.
   
How You Will Enhance the #O2Crew 
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the technology or aesthetics industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and experience with financial planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tableau, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Base Salary Pay: $120,000.00-$150,000.00 
The range listed is just one component of Geneo’s total rewards package for our employees.  
 
Other rewards may include annual bonuses, paid time off, and region-specific benefits. An employee’s pay position within the listed salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
