The Role Summary:
 
The Senior Clinical Education Manager is a field-forward leader who elevates Geneo’s clinical excellence, training quality, and customer outcomes across multiple regions. This role blends hands-on expert facilitation with program design, trainer coaching, and cross-functional leadership. You’ll set the bar for clinical standards, architect scalable curricula for launches and certifications, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Strategy to turn training into measurable utilization and revenue impact.

Travel required: 40–60% for field trainings, events, and leadership of regional initiatives.
Essential Responsibilities:
 
Clinical Strategy & Standards
  • Own the clinical education strategy for assigned regions: define competencies, certification pathways, refresher cadence, and quality benchmarks.
  • Lead annual competency programs for sales and field teams; ensure consistent demo excellence and treatment delivery.
  • Translate clinical insights into scalable curricula (on-site, virtual, LMS) for onboarding, mid-year meetings, and product/ protocol updates.
Program Design & Launch Readiness
  • Architect launch education (pre-work, live sessions, post-work) with clear readiness criteria, assessments, and utilization goals.
  • Build advanced modules for KOLs and high-impact customers; standardize post-launch reinforcement and adoption playbooks.
  • Partner with Marketing to align clinical messaging, visuals, and toolkits across decks, guides, and in-market activations.
Field Leadership & Enablement
  • Coach and mentor Clinical Trainers/CTMs to deliver consistent, high-impact facilitation; provide ride-alongs, feedback, and development plans.
  • Partner with ASMs, RSDs, and Sales Development to run regional workshops that drive trial-to-close and post-sale utilization.
  • Represent Geneo clinically at trade shows, national/mid-year meetings, and strategic customer events.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
  • Define and track education KPIs (competency pass rates, launch readiness, utilization lift, CSAT, and time-to-independence).
  • Use field data and feedback loops to iterate curricula, close skill gaps, and prioritize high-leverage training moments.
  • Maintain platform/content governance: version control, accuracy, and on-brand delivery across channels.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years in clinical education/training within medical aesthetics, beauty, or medical device, including advanced live facilitation.
  • Proven success designing curricula and certifications grounded in adult learning principles; strong assessment and rubric design.
  • Demonstrated impact on utilization, adoption, and trial-to-close conversion through training initiatives.
  • Experience leading or mentoring trainers; sets quality standards and levels up delivery across a distributed team.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence; commands a room from esthetics teams to senior leadership.
  • Strong collaboration with Sales/Marketing/Product; comfortable turning strategy into field-ready playbooks.
  • High proficiency with PowerPoint, LMS tools, virtual platforms (Teams/Zoom); CRM familiarity preferred.
  • Clinical credentials a plus (e.g., RN, PA, LE, CME/CE provider experience).
  • Able to travel 40–60%.
