The Role Summary:

Essential Responsibilities:
Portfolio Strategy and Management:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive portfolio strategy that aligns with Geneo's overall business goals and market opportunities.
- Define portfolio priorities, ensuring initiatives are balanced to optimize resource allocation, risk, and return on investment.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to build a long-term roadmap for product innovation and business growth.
- Continuously assess market trends and customer feedback to inform portfolio adjustments and maintain Geneo’s competitive edge.
Project and Program Leadership:
- Manage the end-to-end execution of the portfolio, ensuring programs and projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable outcomes.
- Establish robust project management frameworks, including timelines, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring clarity in roles, responsibilities, and deliverables across teams.
- Identify and address project risks, resource constraints, and critical issues, proactively resolving barriers to success.
- Foster a culture of accountability and transparency through consistent progress updates and performance reporting.
Operational Excellence:
- Build and refine processes, tools, and documentation to enhance organizational efficiency and support scale.
- Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide senior leadership with visibility into portfolio performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, regularly evaluating program outcomes and incorporating lessons learned into future initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Leadership Experience: 8+ years of experience leading and/or influencing direct and cross-functional groups with demonstrated success in mentoring, developing talent, and fostering collaboration.
- Project Management Expertise: Extensive experience in project and program management, with a proven ability to execute complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
- Portfolio Strategy Acumen: Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a strategic portfolio, balancing innovation with operational execution.
- Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate clearly, influence cross-functional teams, and present to senior leadership.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a track record of resolving risks and overcoming challenges.
- High Standards and Accountability: Strong commitment to excellence, setting high expectations for self and others, and driving results.
Base Salary Pay: $134,000.00-$177,000.00
