 The Opportunity in the #O2Crew 
  • Customer Order Analysis: Read, analyze, and interpret customer purchase orders.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage aspects of the new customer relationship, from new customer creation to modifications and changes in service terms.
  • Sales Order Processing: Create sales orders and process them in SAP in a timely manner, apply any changes, and modify sales orders if needed.
  • Order Accuracy: Check confirmed purchase orders for errors and abnormalities.
  • Shipping Coordination: Release orders for shipping in a timely and optimal manner.
  • Sales Team Collaboration: Get clarification from the inside sales and/or outside sales team for complex purchase orders.
How You Will Enhance the #O2Crew 
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, following processes, and logging updates in Hubspot, Aircall, and SAP.
  • ERP Experience: Previous experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus!).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain cooperative working relationships.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities and incorporate changes seamlessly.
  • Multitasking Expertise: Excel in a fast-paced environment and are a multi-tasking expert.

(Base Salary Pay: $50,000.00) 
The range listed is just one component of Geneo’s total rewards package for our employees.
 
Other rewards may include annual bonuses, paid time off, and region-specific benefits. An employee’s pay position within the listed salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
