In this strategic position, you’ll manage relationships with top-tier accounts, craft tailored sales strategies, and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction. Essential Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with large aesthetic franchises, positioning Geneo and Glo2Facial as trusted partners in their growth journey.
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute sales strategies to expand Glo2Facial’s presence, ensuring a high level of partner engagement and long-term success.
- Negotiation and Deal-Making: Negotiate and close agreements with corporate partners, fostering impactful partnerships that align with both Geneo’s and clients’ goals.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, using insights to suggest improvements and boost both sales results and customer satisfaction.
- Forecasting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts to maintain clear visibility into sales trends and account performance.
- Strategic Presentations: Design and deliver engaging presentations that showcase Glo2Facial’s sell-in and sell-through strategies, reinforcing its value in the aesthetics market.
- Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with Geneo’s marketing team and corporate accounts to synchronize campaigns, maximizing brand exposure and targeted marketing efforts.
- Consultation and Strategy Development: Partner closely with accounts to brainstorm and implement strategies that drive their sales growth, reinforcing Glo2Facial as an essential tool for their success.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-7 years in sales with a proven ability to manage large accounts, preferably within the medical aesthetics industry.
- Industry Contacts: Established network within medical aesthetics, enabling effective relationship-building and market insight.
- Sales Process Expertise: In-depth understanding of the sales cycle, from initial engagement to close and continuous customer development.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enhancing interactions with clients and internal teams.
- Team Collaboration: Skilled at working collaboratively with both clients and internal teams to achieve shared objectives.
- Customer Service Excellence: Commitment to providing superior customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Administrative Proficiency: Organized and detail-oriented, with expertise in administrative tasks essential for managing key accounts.
