The Opportunity in the #O2Crew
- Handling the seamless coordination of inventory logistics for Glo2Facial Events, Area Sales Managers, and Customers during sponsored events, ensuring smooth transit and timely delivery. Manage inventory levels adeptly, processing purchase orders promptly, and swiftly addressing any order-related issues to maintain operational fluidity.
- Conduct rigorous quality tests on Glo2Facial equipment to maintain optimal condition and cleanliness, guaranteeing superior performance for future use. Perform meticulous serial number audits on field systems in collaboration with internal employees, ensuring precision and accuracy in equipment management.
- Oversee the growing stock of apparel and Glo2Facial branded items while collaborating closely with G2F vendors to procure replenishment stock, ensuring uninterrupted supply chains and a consistent inventory. Provide essential support for maintaining monthly trunk stock levels internally, ensuring operational readiness at all times.
- Familiarize yourself with the current ERP system to streamline daily operations and optimize efficiency, ensuring seamless integration of technology into inventory management processes. Monitor and meet department efficiency KPIs, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Provide virtual supply of consumable products to clients on a monthly and daily basis, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery and client satisfaction. Additionally, ensure seamless onboarding for new hires by providing necessary equipment and efficiently managing equipment returns during offboarding processes, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional client support and operational efficiency.
How You Will Enhance the #O2Crew
- Experience in developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for dynamic departments, adapting to new discoveries and possibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration within teams.
- Proficiency in Inventory Management Systems, ensuring smooth inventory operations.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, capable of managing changing priorities and seamlessly adjusting.
- Previous experience managing serial number and batch tracked inventory, ensuring accuracy and compliance, while also diligently updating SOPs post-process improvements to maintain current practices.

(Base Salary Pay Range: $35,000.00-$45,000.00)
The range listed is just one component of Geneo’s total rewards package for our employees.
Other rewards may include annual bonuses, paid time off, and region-specific benefits. An employee’s pay position within the listed salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
