  • Selling with people in mind – You’re a talented salesperson with a proven background in winning customers. You’ll need to get results – but not at all costs. You help the customer find the right product for them. And your conscience will let you sleep well at night too.
  • Manage your own leads – Your leads are in your hands. From the moment you make the initial contact until long after the deal is done. You’ll arrange consultations, accompany the training participants through their programs and be a personal contact throughout.
  • Actively help the team achieve more – The more the team grows together, the greater the team will be. You need to share your wealth of experience with the team and help them go beyond the targets they set themselves. While at the same time being ready to listen too.

  • Focussed on customer satisfaction – You are empathetic, reputable and always have the customer benefit at the forefront of what you say and do. You will conduct intensive interviews to understand your customers, their needs and which products apply to them.
  • Communicate clearly across all channels – You will be selling our seminar and event products on the phone or in personal customer meetings. You’ll need strong communication skills and an ability to speak on-brand about all our products in the relevant Tone of Voice. Your English and German skills are required here.
