Description

Human Resource Administration

  • Maintain plant employee files and records (applications, I – 9s, attendance records, disciplinary records, workers compensation documentation, OSHA 300 logs, maintaining federal and state regulatory postings etc)
  • Maintain employee skills matrix, certification records, training records and the like
  • Assist with employee payroll questions, administration of policies and the like
  • Process new hire paperwork and conduct new employee orientation
  • Process employee transaction paperwork (tuition reimbursement, employee scholarship, matching funds)
  • Provide support to sales team and field personnel in NA

 

General Administration Duties

  • Perform international shipping coordination and documentation duties (SAP transaction, documentation)
  • Provide Pick Lists for export orders
  • Managing incoming mail and processing invoices to general admin
  • Enter/reconcile all in-bound receipts into SAP
  • Run daily SKU Demand reports
  • Responsible for office supplies purchasing
  • Manager company issued P-Card and submit completed reconciliation documents in a timely manner
  • Coordinate events (customer training events, corporate visitors, etc.)

 

 

  • Ability to work well with others, including management
  • Ability to create and maintain file systems
  • Excellent written communication skills, verbal communication skills and planning skills
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and Power Point
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Accounting knowledge preferred

 

 

  • Associate’s Degree in Business, Management, or related field. Equivalent experience also considered providing it consists of 3 years minimum performing duties listed in Job Description
  • Prior work experience with similar job duties preferred
