Description

The Cement Products Sales Representative will manage and develop a broad customer base within Midwest for our cement products. This person will maintain and increase sales volume with established accounts and aggressively seek new opportunities.  The ideal candidate will be located within close proximity to Nashville, Kansas City or Indianapolis. 

Description

  • Achieve consistent market share retention and growth throughout assigned territory
  • Consult with Sales & Marketing Management on implementation of objectives and sales budgets
  • Leverage available product differentiation and value-added selling tools to further achieve company goals
  • Analyze customer needs and formulate solutions using all resources made available by the company
  • Recommend new products and modification or deletion of present products to the line
Skills & Competencies
  • Ability to promote value added products and services
  • Assess and rectify complex customer facing issues
  • Manage internal, external relationships with high professional caliber
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Experience & Education
  • Relevant industry experience: 7-10+ years Building Materials Manufacturing Industry; Cement/Chemical experience a plus
  • A bachelor’s degree plus relevant work experience
  • Multilingual capacity a plus: business level understanding of English required; French speaking capabilities desired
  • Must be able to travel 50%
