What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with the Data Services team to study, analyze and document application processes.

  • Work closely with the GTOC team to resolve database related issues.

  • Define a standard process to develop and manage data dictionaries.

  • Define a standard process to develop and maintain data operations reports.


What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar field

  • Basic understanding of database concepts

  • Good understanding of distributed systems

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Good communication skills

  • Preparing reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.


Preferred experience:

  • Oracle database or similar RDBMS concepts

  • Programming with PhP or Python

  • Develop flow diagrams of application processes in relation to data store access.

  • Interpret data, analyzing results using statistical techniques
