The role:

  • Working with cardholder and or clients to help them with financial questions
  • Our hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday. No weekends or nights! We also are closed on most holidays.
  • Pay is $16.00 per hour
  • Bilingual Spanish and English efficiency is a plus

What you’ll do:

  • You are RESILIENT. People aren't calling us to tell us we're great. They are calling because, for one reason or another, they are having issues with their account. You can imagine that they can be angry. You must be able to bounce back quickly and be ready to serve another customer and strive to create another Amazing experience. Have you heard of turning lemons into lemonade?  That's what we do.
  • You are ADAPTABLE. We service many different cards and you will need to be flexible as you deal with different customers with different needs.
  • You are EMPATHETIC. You will be aware of people's feelings and let them know that they have been heard and understood. The customer wants to know how much you care.
  • You are RESPONSIBLE. You live up to your commitments. Your co-workers need to know they can depend on you to be at your desk when it is time to be at your desk. Customers and co-workers are depending on you.

What you’ll need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED shows that you can stick to something or show the fortitude to finish a difficult task.
  • You must be able to use a computer. Everything you do is on the computer and you need to type your notes.
  • You must be thorough and accurate in all you do so the customer and agent have the correct information. By paying attention to detail, call volume is reduced the customer won't have to call back to resolve the same issue.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
