Position: Assistant Community Manager 
 
As an Assistant Community Manager at Mission at La Villita, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations, driving occupancy, and delivering an exceptional resident experience. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, service-driven, and ready to grow within a high-performing team.

Compensation: $23.00 – $24.50 per hour, based on experience, plus monthly performance bonuses
 
What You Will Do:
• Support the Community Manager in overseeing daily operations, including leasing, resident relations, and financial performance
• Greet and engage prospects and residents, delivering a high level of customer service
• Conduct apartment tours, identify needs, overcome objections, and close leases
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies
• Manage lease renewals and support resident retention efforts
• Collect and post rent, assist with delinquency management, and support eviction processes as needed
• Respond to phone and email inquiries with professionalism and urgency
• Maintain accurate records using Yardi Voyager and CRM systems
• Assist with reporting, administrative tasks, and operational support for the community
• Collaborate with the onsite team to maintain a positive and productive work environment
• Support occupancy goals and overall community performance
 
What You Will Bring:
• 1+ years of experience in multifamily housing
• Strong leasing, sales, and customer service skills
• Positive, professional, and confident communication style
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Yardi Voyager, and CRM systems preferred
• Team-oriented with the ability to take initiative and work independently
• Reliable and dependable with consistent attendance
• Valid driver’s license required
