What You’ll Do
- Drive Leasing Success: Tour prospects, understand their needs, overcome objections, and close leases.
- Foster Community Engagement: Build rapport with residents and create a sense of belonging to promote renewals and referrals.
- Support Operations: Accurately complete lease paperwork, process applications, and maintain records using Yardi Voyager.
- Contribute to Financial Goals: Help achieve occupancy and retention goals with a proactive, results-driven approach.
- Leverage Technology: Use Microsoft Office, Yardi, and CRM tools to stay organized and productive.
- Follow Through: Conduct timely follow-ups and provide world-class customer service.
- Create a Welcoming Atmosphere: Represent the community professionally to residents, guests, and prospects.
- Be Reliable: Available 35–40 hours per week, including Saturdays. (Community is closed on Sundays.)
Who We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of leasing experience in multifamily residential property management
- Strong customer service or sales background within the apartment industry
- Knowledge of Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset
- Must live within a 25-minute commute of Scottsdale, AZ
- Valid driver's license required
